Purpose of the text & Who is the audience
The purpose of this novel, is to open peoples eyes about what goes on in the life of a touring military. View the scenes behind the eye of someone who has witnessed first hand what goes on. They see kids growing up completely opposite of how we do here in the United States. We are not only helping to fight the war for peace in the middle east, we are fighting for the rights of these children to grow up and have a different look and outcome on life. Our service men and women see young children doing things they shouldn't even know about. This book is trying to open our eyes and see how this can change their lives, forever.
The audience is for anyone! Anyone who is interested in learning the things you don't see or hear in the media. This is an eye opener for anyone that is looking for one. Not only are you learning what the service men and women go through, but what they see other humans go through.
