Fear

Fear

Fear is something everyone encounters, it’s what makes us think, worry, and have concern about. It could last a long time or just a short period. Either way, fear is nothing fun, you get to stay up late thinking! Or if you are like me, you are up all night. Fear can be from work, school, family or friends, or even just the future at hand. Some people are even afraid of heights, and refuse to fly or even ride an elevator. Fear can be numerous of things, but one thing I fear is not knowing where my future will lead to. However, it does make it to where there is a possibility of endless options.

Fear is something everyone encounters, it’s what makes us think, worry, and have concern about it. Concerning and worrying about fear won’t get you anywhere. Unless you are the one who is afraid of heights. Having fear can also be a good thing, it keeps you on your toes and makes you use your little brain away. I have fears of driving and someone slamming right into me (because it has happened once already.) That doesn’t stop me from driving though. My mom is scared of heights and freaked out on our family vacation years ago, when we went parasailing in South Padre Island, TX. It was the funniest thing I have ever seen, but at the time not-so-much.
I felt her pain and felt bad for her, but she did it and said she actually enjoyed it after the fact. What I’m trying to say, is you will never know if you don’t try! If you are the ones who admit to your fears or the one who hides them, work on them. You never know what fear could actually turn out to be no fear at all. Fear comes in many ways and so many different kinds of fears out there. Either way, keep your head up and work past the fear. Don’t let it keep you from enjoying life to the fullest.

Fear can lead to anxiety, overwhelmed feelings, stress (if you let it.) Sometimes we just need to put all things aside, and deal when the time comes. If you worry too much, you could miss out on the current things happening.
